How are prices assessed

  • We look at the recycling aspect of all jobs priced
  • Prices are generally assessed on weight - PER TONNE 2022 PRICES IS £214 PER TONNE
  • Take Note that European Legislation now classes all chipboard, fence panels, kitchen units or furniture as landfill so is not regarded as recyclable anymore
  • P LEASE NOTE at the present time most METAL CLEARANCE will NOT be charged as the disposal rate remains HIGH but the volatile gives it little value so charges may apply

As an independent company we are always looking for the best commercial cost to pass on to our clients

  • The minimum charge is £55 - £65 for small single pick ups
  • Still cost effective over most skips as we do not have to charge V.A.T. at the point of collection
  • Still cost effective over most grab bags / Hippo Bags as we do not charge V.A.T. twice or even once
  • Rubble is generally charged at £95 per tonne. Less on larger quantities disposed of
  • Builders 1 tonne bag with general light waste charges at £110 per bag
  • Landfill charges are now at £182 per tonne /20% V.A.T
  • 80% of trade jobs fall within £150 - £250
  • NOTE: metal disposal at the present time will be charged for as commercial prices still struggle to recover 2019
