Covering recent events in the business - I have worked in the clearance business for over 9 years and despite having returning customers from when I first started I still face some mistakes with great annoyance
Giving the best service is very important as I look around and see a lot of companies giving up by not caring what the customer thinks. They just do the basics to cover themselves but don't ensure that customer will either remember them for the right reasons or go that extra mile to give the service that is deserved
Recently I again covered a job for a customer and was outraged when the job was completed to a high standard and the agreed amount was loaded. Payment was due but the customer decided they wanted further rubbish to be cleared without further payment. The agreement was broken and I for the first time in years returned all the rubbish that had been loaded.
Clarity / honesty in the things you do is important to me. So when people try to take advantage of me as a businessman it is taken as an insult not to be accepted by anyone
Everything that we do costs in one way or another, do not expect to get things for free! If by chance someone is generous in giving there time or service for free thank them don't take advantage and kick them for their generosity
I have fiery attitude I do not mind admitting but I will try to work with people to achieve their aim and to make sure they are smiling at the end of the service provided
Other than those who choose to be inconsiderate by not paying - fortunately only 4 in the 9 years plus of my business I feel 100% confident that the service I give is the best which gives an Honest service to clients that count
