Recession in the rubbish clearance business

Are there any customers left who want to do thing legally and pay the price to get rid of their rubbish?
Well from recent comments in blogs it would seem no genuine clients exist is the Southampton area of Hampshire, England who dont get out and about to load their cars, spend hours queuing and then moan about that was hard work.
Well believe it or not life is getting hard but having somebody to do the work for you can lighten the load!
Unfortunately the council through the Government has put land fill prices up yet again but somehow they dont seem to accounting for the cost in their own budgets yet umm. Suddenly that seems like a monopoly on the market if the subsidies are just for the council.
Their are a number of recycling companies that deal with the obvious things like cardboard, some plastics. tins, glass, green waste but even fewer that now work as waste transfer stations. Where will these short sited policies lead us?
