A4 Ezy House / Rubbish Clearance works in the local areas of Southampton working with many domestic users. Why is it important for me to tell you about paying the price?
Well over the recent years many of you would have seen and heard of the fly tipping crisis and unfortunately we are rated the third worst area in England for such activities. It is assumed that it is only one type of individual that carries out these activities but barring the usual name blaming you also have a number of trades people now flouting the law and you have foreign influences that do not care whether rubbish is tipped locally or not.
How can I make these conclusions? Because I am at the low end of legal tipping costs and anything beneath this goes either two ways flytipping or through the domestic tipping sites. The second of these is not illegal but pushes up the council tax because builders or other trades do not pay the commercial rates to get rid of their rubbish.
Rogue traders exist everywhere but the government or local council does not help either they just make things more difficult and claim more tax, leaving independents in a no win position.
Paying the price is one way to change things but if you cannot afford it, take it to the domestic sites provided at least then it will be disposed of into landfill. This unfortunately is also a poor solution but it is strangely legal.....
