Yes two blogs in one day. It has come to my attention that there are a number of problems with what people see and do but remember flytippers do not care if your possessions can be identified by the local council they will prosecute. Large fines are imposed and disposal cost can also be levied upon you.
A lady telephoned this week past to ask me how much to dispose of a three seater sofa - answer £45. She telephone me the next day to ask me why I was charging in her mind a high price, as she had just been quoted £25.
The polite answer to this is that some people like myself actually have to pay running costs of a real business and pay tipping fee's to get rid of unwanted items or rubbish, as well as paying for a genuine waste carriers certificate issued by the council.
Others may flytip and cost the tax payer more money or they may if you are lucky dispose of it by taking it to the local domestic either way they are avoiding overheads. YOU MAKE THE DECISION which fits your pocket but if you get it wrong dont cry to loudly because nobody wants to listen.
Sorry if this is a bit cynical but it is a blog after all..have a good day now
