Rubbish is rubbish right. Well many people get in the habit of storing rubbish, intentionaly or not space soon becomes an issue. Recently I visited a house in my local area and found a house full from eighteen years of collecting almost anything. The strange thing was the owner was seemed sensible and quite settled in their limited space which had once been a large three bedroomed home. Although they were able to function the situation had become dangerous as you narrowly shuffled along corridors to get to the next room.
If you need help to get it cleared then take the first step give yourself a break and remember why you used to enjoy your home. It was difficult to look at this person without some sympathy as life had clearly been difficult through no fault of their own, but if life gets out of control when can you once again make a difference to make it better.
Bereavement is the hardest one for most people as it can take months or years to once again balance your life but when you can clearing space can often be the answer to moving on, even if you will never forget that loved one.
Rubbish clearance can be important when accepting change where are you at this time in life?
