Business is business but sometimes it makes it harder when you meet the chancer.
All in all the majority of people are honest. Yes they do haggle the price which is only naturall but then there is the individual who will make life difficult. A recent company I gave a quote for had accumalated a huge amount of waste for which I quoted a reasonable amount with a small margin for profit in a wish to gain further work from them. It turned out they were a bunch of chancers, as two weeks passed by after the quote was given in which time they had added 30% to the pile of waste rubbish. The company said no thats as you quoted and expected the job to be done for the same price.
Riggling out the chancers fortunately at the moment is few and far between. Certain clients have there own way of haggling but in reality if there is no margin there is no job. Waste / rubbish costs to be disposed of be it commercially through landfill or via the domestic tip - there is a cost.
Chancers get real and start playing the game. Everyday people are on the ball get rid of it at the best price or find a way of taking it to the domestic tip. A4 Ezy provides a quality service at cost effective prices, if this is not possible I try to give the best advice possible to make it possible. Wishing you well.
