WHAT WE CANNOT DO FOR YOU
 
  • We do not clear: Asbestos, Clinical Waste, Hazardous Chemicals, soil or food waste

Strangely the more rubbish cleared the more cost effective it will become as individual collections cost more to process. We work hard for our clients making it 8 times out of 10 cheaper than the average skip or Hippo Bag

SOFA'S / MATTRESSES / ARMCHAIRS / CARPETS / WARDROBES / KITCHEN UNITS are the most common things clients wish to get rid of but as single items prices start from £45

 
GUIDE TO CLEARANCES
 
  • All prices start from £45 minimum for some single items or very small amounts of rubbish to be cleared
  • As a general guide a level one tonne bag of light domestic household rubbish (not food waste) (not rubble waste or soil) would be charged at approximately £110 per tonne
  • A level one tonne bag of brick / rubble waste would be charged at £95 per tonne
  • Large house or property clearances prices are on request as costs may vary

  • Have a rough list ready of the items you wish to get rid of
  • Estimates can sometimes be given over the telephone 
  • Accurate quotes can be given in person.
  • A cheaper quote is usually possible when a property or specific amount of rubbish has been assessed before work begins.
  • You are in control as you have the right to say YES or NO it is your choice - remember you are the paying customer.
